Important: please don't book through the online ticket calendar if you're paying with a voucher. That calendar takes card payments only, and you'd end up paying twice. Message us instead and we'll reserve your space directly.

We hold the space and email your confirmation. If there's a balance to pay, we'll send a payment link. That's it — turn up on the day.
Third-party vouchers
Bought through an experience-day company?
Vouchers from companies such as Red Letter Days, Virgin Experience Days, Buyagift, Truly Experiences, Experience Days and Five Star Days are issued and administered by them, not by us. We don't control their expiry dates, extensions or refund policies, and we can't reissue them.
If you're holding one of those, the process is:
- Check with the issuer first that the voucher is still valid and that it covers a Bristol brewery tour. If it's close to expiring, ask them about an extension before you contact us.
- Then message us with the voucher details and your preferred date, and we'll tell you what we can do.
We'd genuinely love to have you on the tour, so it's always worth asking — but the extension conversation has to happen with whoever sold you the voucher.
Vouchers we issued directly
Current UK Brewery Tours gift vouchers never expire, so there's nothing to worry about. If you're holding an older voucher from a previous voucher system with a printed expiry date, send us the code anyway — get in touch and we'll look into it rather than turning you away on a technicality.
Redeeming against a different tour
