Do the vouchers expire?
No. UK Brewery Tours vouchers never expire — the credit sits there until it's used. That's a deliberate change from how we used to do it, because nothing sours a gift like a deadline.
How is the voucher delivered?
By email, within minutes. At checkout you can have it sent to the recipient directly, or to yourself if you'd rather print it, put it in a card, or hand it over in person. There's no postal option and no delivery charge.
Can it be used on tours outside Bristol?
Yes — that's the advantage of an open-value network voucher. It works on the Bristol Craft Beer Experience and on tours in London, Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Lewes, Kent and elsewhere. See the full range.
What if the voucher is worth less than the tour?
No problem at all. The voucher value comes off the total and we'll send a payment link for the balance when we book you in.
I've got an old voucher — is it still valid?
Get in touch with the code and we'll check it for you. If you're holding a voucher bought through a third-party experience-day company (Red Letter Days, Virgin Experience Days, Buyagift and similar), those are issued by them rather than us — see our redemption page for how those work.
Can I buy a voucher for a private group tour?
You can, but for group bookings it's usually simpler to enquire directly so we can quote for the whole party rather than piecing it together from vouchers.
Tour itineraries, venues, beers and pricing can change — breweries occasionally close their doors to visitors at short notice, and we'll always substitute a comparable stop if that happens. Everything on this page was correct at the time of publishing.
