How do I book a place?
Through the live ticket calendar — pick a Saturday and pay by card. You'll get an instant confirmation from DesignMyNight, our ticket partner. There's no need to contact us first.
I've got a gift voucher — what do I do?
Don't use the calendar. Message us with your voucher code and preferred date and we'll book you in manually. Full instructions are on our redeem a voucher page.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Refunds are available up to 30 days before the tour date; inside 30 days we can't refund, because the boat, venues and guide are already committed. You can transfer your ticket to someone else at any time — just tell us the name. See our full terms.
Will the tour work for someone with mobility needs?
Message us before booking and we'll give you an honest answer. There's about a mile of walking across the afternoon, boarding a ferry, and steps down into the cellar bar at the final stop. For some people that's fine; for others it isn't, and it's far better to know beforehand.
